Check an item off your bucket list at one of the world's most spectacular events—the annual Carnival in Rio de Janeiro. Experience the festive ambiance as you watch the breathtaking parade, admire the magnificently decorated floats, and groove to the contagious rhythms of samba.

This world-famous street party goes on for 5 fun- and dance-filled days, and is split into 3 events. The first stage of Carnival—the Access Group—is the parade of samba schools aspiring to qualify for the main event the following year. The next stage is the Special Group, featuring the crème de la crème of Brazil's samba schools. The newly proclaimed Carnival champion and 5 runners-up participate in the final event—the Champion's parade.

Immerse yourself in the joyful atmosphere and be inspired by the bright colours and captivating rhythms of Carnival as you take it all in from Sector 9 (if option selected), which features bleachers with allocated seats and exceptional views. On the parade days of the Special Group Schools, there is also an option for Sectors 3 (near the beginning of the Parade and near the first Samba Drums retreat), Sectors 5 and 7 (more in the middle of the Sambadrome, but with a good view of the parade). Such sectors do not have numbered seats; they are not marked and therefore free to choose. On the Access Group parades, you will take it from Sector 8.
