What you can expect

Learn how to make the essentials of a French breakfast: the croissant and the pain au chocolat.

For 2 hours, you will learn the basics of artisanal viennoiserie in a professional and friendly workshop, located in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, near Place de l'Etoile.
Accompanied by a professional chef, you will learn the essential techniques to understand the lamination, shaping, and baking of these iconic classics.

This workshop is open to everyone and is aimed at all food lovers who want to enjoy an authentic culinary experience in Paris.

Explanations are provided in French and English.
