From rich flavourful curries like BUTTER CHICKEN to BIRYANI RICE and a wide variety of NAAN BREADS, you’ll learn about time honoured cooking techniques and the subtle nuances that can make all the difference. Things to note : - The class & menu includes 3 MAIN DISHES & 2 BREADS. - Menu can be customised to vegan/vegetarian/gluten free. - Recipes would be provided. - Please let us know if any menu preference/dietary constraints. - Private sessions can be booked too Leave with a knowledge of spices, recipes and an ability to whip up Indian dishes in your own kitchen, and a full stomach!
