Welcome to Island Organics Samui - Join famed chef Lat for the day and learn how to prepare and cook traditional Thai in our purpose built Thai cookery kitchen. The most hands on experience ever - you will prep & cook yourself !

You will also learn to make curry pastes, coconut cream, herbal drinks plus tour our organic micro-farm as part of your Thai cookery experience on Koh Samui. Our gardens are our fresh market !
