Join me on a unique tasting experience for a taste of the real Mexico!

I open my doors (and cellar) to share some of my favourite curated selection of craft tequilas and mezcals from small independent producers. During our 2.5 hours tasting, you’ll learn all about what sets tequila and mezcal apart and explore different regions. A typical Mexican dinner will be served as well as refreshments and suggested pairings.

The tasting will take place in my own tasting room which only opens on demand - El Tapatio Educational Tasting Room (it's not a bar nor a commercial space). It's also a chance to get off the tourist trail in Roma/Condesa.

My goal is to introduce guests to Mexico’s spirits in an intimate and relaxed space and share my culture with new people. Some of my best travel experiences involved a shared bottle with strangers and this is exactly the kind of unpretentious vibe I want to offer.

The tasting includes only 100% additive-free spirits and features my personal favourites. You will taste 6 different tequilas as well as 5 mezcals (rotating selection based on availability / new findings). All spirits are sourced from family-owned brands who maintain sustainable practices.

Servings will be in specialised glassware to enhance your tasting experience.

All spirits offered are additive-free and highly regarded by industry professionals. Nothing mass-produced is offered, only brands I know maintain a sustainable process and high-quality standards.
