Upon arrival at a private ceremonial centre, you’ll have time to change, enjoy the natural surroundings, and eat a light snack to prepare your body and mind. You’ll also have access to the facilities, including a pool, perfect for grounding before the ceremony.

Gather for an introductory talk where you’ll learn about the origins and meaning of the temazcal. We’ll explain the process step by step, share recommendations, and answer questions to ensure you feel safe, informed, and supported.

Next, enter the temazcal, a traditional sweat lodge made of earth and stone that represents the womb of Mother Earth. Inside the warm, dark space, your guide will lead the ceremony using ancestral songs, prayers, medicinal herbs, and volcanic stones.
