What you can expect

  • Experience the one and unique ancient steam method; where you will receive the vital force thru the blessing of the “Four Elements”: earth, water, air and fire. The Temazcal Ceremony will balance your mind and body. The ceremony takes place in an atmosphere of respect and humility, this is an excellent opportunity to heal your emotions, release your fears, stress and reconnect with nature and the environment around you.

    “Enjoy the life and do well to others”.

    The length of the service is 1:30 hrs, and you will enjoy pre Hispanic meals like “Chilate”- Chocolate Drink (mixture of chocolate Rice, cinnamon and Brown sugar) “Cuanacuayotl” (chicken soup) and Tlaxcalli huitlacoche - (black mushroom quesadilla).

    The Temazcal is not recommendable if you suffer any illness that might arise during the activity like claustrophobia, high blood pressure or hypertension.
