Khinkali: Master the fun and intricate technique of rolling, filling, and folding these famous savoury dumplings, complete with their delicious, juicy broth. Churchkhela: Experience the traditional process of making Georgia’s favourite sweet treat by dipping strings of walnuts into a rich, warm grape-juice roux (tatara).
