Slow down, take a deep breath, and step into the peaceful underwater world of Tayrona National Park. This Discover Scuba Diving experience is designed for complete beginners — no prior experience or certification required.

Your day begins with a morning pickup and a warm welcome at our dive centre in Taganga. After a short briefing, a certified PADI Professional will introduce you to basic safety guidelines, breathing techniques, and the equipment you’ll use. The focus is on helping you feel calm, confident, and present.

Then it’s time to head out by boat to one of Tayrona’s protected dive sites. Under close supervision, you’ll take your first breaths underwater and explore a coral reef teeming with life. You’ll practice a few simple skills and enjoy a guided dive through a peaceful, shallow area surrounded by colourful marine creatures.

Between dives, relax on the boat with healthy snacks, take in the ocean view, and connect with nature. Underwater photos are included to help you remember your first dive forever.
