The champagnes will be served to you in mouth-blown glasses, each with a different dosage and ageing period. This will allow you to discover a key aspect of the Champagne identity: the Ageing Time.

You will taste the same blend—55% Pinot Meunier, 35% Chardonnay, and 10% Pinot Noir—in the following order: a Brut Nature (no added sugar), then the same cuvée aged with a dosage of 7 grams (g), and finally the Gold cuvée with a metallic finish, aged two years longer and dosed at 8 g.
