The Azienda Agricola Omeodinamica Borgese produces Sagrantino di Montefalco DOCG, Montefalco DOC, and other wines, including the Metodo Classico Rosè, obtained from the skilled processing of Sagrantino grapes. The quality of production is the primary objective, a quality that starts with a density of 5,500 vines per hectare, continues with the manual harvesting and selection of the grapes, and continues in the cellar with the adoption of the most modern winemaking practices. Quality that also respects the environment with the production of certified organic extra virgin olive oil and the use of the homeodynamic method for the production of our grapes. All this can be experienced during a visit to the winery, where our guests can taste the unique flavour of Sagrantino and other typical products paired with it.
