    Inside this architectural gem, discover the history of the cooperative, the winemaking process, and the stories behind the family of wines and cavas produced on site. The experience culminates in a generous gourmet pairing: two Adernats wines and two Adernats cavas served alongside a selection of Catalan cold cuts and artisan cheeses, accompanied by bread with virgin olive oil and toasted hazelnuts and almonds.
