Our enigmatic Amazon jungle, in addition to its impressive tourist attractions, holds a wise and mystical world full of ancestral experiences and knowledge. This knowledge, transmitted from generation to generation, is guided by people with specific skills, such as shamans, teachers and tour guides.
The Ayahuasca Experience Participating in our Ayahuasca (Banisteriopsis caapi) ceremonies, also known as yagé, will take you to a deep introspection of your being. This master plant will help you discover your essence, unblock and face repressed emotions. Each session is unique and personal, offering a transformative experience that will allow you to see the world with new eyes.
Preparation and Ceremony The In.Dios Healing Centre offers you a pleasant, relaxed and natural environment, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The intense group ceremonies take place in the evenings, usually on Tuesdays and Fridays. You will be picked up at the coordinated place from 6 pm and you will return the next day. You should bring a blanket to cover yourself and swimming clothes for a dip in the river the next morning.
To participate in the ceremony, it is essential to prepare your body from the day before:
NO sex
NO salt
NO sugar
NO alcoholic drinks
NO consumption of meats and fats
NO spicy foods
Your diet from one day before should be preferably only fruits, vegetables and liquids, totally avoiding the consumption of liquids four hours before the ceremony.
Session Details Ayahuasca sessions are done with a minimum of three people and a maximum of six, guaranteeing an intimate and personalised experience. Keep your mind open and without expectations in order to experience something truly personal and transformative.
