Start your day in Taormina with a wellness experience in the Amore Art Gallery, an elegant contemporary art space in the heart of the historic centre. It is not a classic yoga class, but a morning ritual that combines movement, beauty, silence and Sicilian hospitality. Surrounded by works of art, you will participate in a 50-minute session led by a Pro Instructor, in a calm environment away from the crowds. The practice, suitable for various levels, focuses on breathing, gentle movements, balance and presence. The atmosphere of the gallery creates a unique connection between body, art and serenity, transforming the lesson into a sensory experience. After the session, a healthy breakfast is served in the hospitality area, with fresh fruit, yoghurt, granita, natural juices, coffee, tea, water and sweet or savoury options depending on seasonal availability. The experience takes place every Sunday morning, with two 50-minute sessions. It is ideal for those who want to start the day calmly and mindfully before exploring Taormina. An exclusive moment of wellness for those looking for something more intimate and elegant than a normal yoga class.
