Participation and rescheduling policies
In order to ensure the smooth running of the experience and compliance with the schedule, all participants are required to arrive at least 30 minutes in advance.
The following policies are adopted in consideration of the heavy tourist traffic, which can cause delays and access difficulties. It is recommended that you plan your travel in advance.
In the event of a delay, if it is possible to conduct the tour, the duration will be reduced in proportion to the time lost, while keeping the scheduled end time unchanged.
No refund or price reduction can be provided for the time not used due to late arrival.
Rescheduling is only possible subject to availability and at the discretion of the organiser.
A full refund is due in the event of cancellation due to poor weather or a decision by the organiser.
