Day 1: Zanzibar to Tarangire National Park
Start your adventure with an early morning pickup from your Zanzibar hotel at 5:00 a.m., followed by a flight to Arusha, arriving around 9:15 a.m. Upon arrival, your guide will drive you to Tarangire National Park (2 hours), famous for its massive elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. Enjoy a thrilling game drive spotting lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, and more. Afterwards, head to Ikumbi Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, travel to Lake Manyara National Park, known for its tree-climbing lions and flamingos. Spend the day on a game drive, observing wildlife like hippos, wildebeests, monkeys, and birds. In the evening, relax at Farm of Dreams Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3: Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, head to Serengeti National Park, passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Visit a Maasai village to experience local culture and traditions. Arrive in the Serengeti for a half-day game drive, spotting predators like lions and cheetahs. Stay overnight at Moyo Tented Camp.
Day 4: Serengeti National Park
Start your day early with an exciting morning game drive. In the afternoon, enjoy a gourmet lunch in the bush, complemented by a glass of wine. Continue your safari in the Serengeti and return to Moyo Tented Camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater to Zanzibar
After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a morning game drive in this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Spot the endangered black rhino and giant tusked elephants, and enjoy a picnic by Hippo Lake. Afterwards, head back to Arusha for your flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, check in to Nungwi Dreams by Mantis and unwind on the island’s stunning beaches.
Day 6: Snorkelling and Dolphin Tour with Barbecue Lunch
From Nungwi, take a boat ride to search for dolphins. After swimming with these playful creatures, head to the Mnemba Conservation Area to snorkel among vibrant coral reefs. If the tide is low, visit a nearby sandbank. Enjoy a barbecue lunch on the beach before returning to Nungwi Dreams by Mantis.
Day 7: Swim with Turtles at Mnarani Aquarium
Visit the Mnarani Aquarium in Nungwi, where you can swim with sea turtles and learn about their rehabilitation. Feed the turtles and swim alongside them in their natural lagoon. Spend the rest of the day relaxing on the beach or exploring Nungwi.
Day 8: Zanzibar Departure
Enjoy your final day in Zanzibar, with free time to relax or explore the island. We’ll transfer you to the airport for your international flight home, marking the end of your unforgettable safari and beach adventure.
