It has been awarded the title of “Living Testimony of Citizen Memory” by the City Historical Museum, part of the Ministry of Culture, due to the authenticity and fidelity with which it was restored in 1992 after being abandoned for more than 12 years. It has also been honoured by the same Ministry of Culture as a “Notable Bar and Restaurant of the City of Buenos Aires” and distinguished as a “Site of Tourist Interest” by the Argentine Ministry of Tourism.
Our tango dinner show in San Telmo, in the city's historic centre, captures the very essence of Buenos Aires in its early 20th-century architecture. Its art-deco façade, twisted columns, chequered floors, coats of arms, and arches invite you to travel back in time, taste the most representative dishes from each region of our country accompanied by renowned Argentine wines, and enjoy the most authentic and passionate tango show in the city of Buenos Aires.
Maestro Ado Falasca, accompanied by his remarkable typical quartet of piano, double bass, bandoneon, and violin, are the musical protagonists of the most renowned tango dinner show in Buenos Aires. They are the perfect setting and platform for the excellence and skill of our outstanding dancers to fill the main hall with all the magic of tango, its history, and its fascinating tradition. A journey through the history of Tango in five periods: “Origins”, “Immigrants and the Suburbs”, “Gardel, the Tango Song”, “Salons and Milongas”, “Modernism”.
