Founded and facilitated by Sala, this space brings together yoga, art, ceremony, queer ecology, and Ayurveda as pathways to return to the body, truth, and creative life force.

Option 1: Yoga/Meditation Session
Enjoy a personalised yoga and meditation session to slow down, ground intention, and return to the body with care. Experience embodied yoga and meditation practices guided intuitively through breath, movement, sound, and philosophy.

This session is suitable for individuals, couples, families, or small groups. No prior experience with yoga or meditation is required.

Option 2: Yin Yoga & Sound Healing
Blend Yin yoga, guided meditation, and a live sound journey in a private session. Experience a gentle unfolding into deep rest and release.

Soften, slow down, and open space within, while the resonance of sound carries you into balance and inner harmony. Enjoy a deeply relaxing vibrational journey using Tibetan singing bowls and voice to soothe the nervous system, release tension, and harmonise the inner field.
