Our Start: We kick off our journey at El Crustaceo Cascarudo, right inside Parque de las Palapas. Your guide will be waiting at the outdoor tables in front of the restaurant ā€” easy to spot, ready to go. Morning Tour: We open with a traditional cafe de olla ā€” Mexican coffee brewed with cinnamon and piloncillo ā€” paired with fresh garnachas straight from the comal. The perfect way to wake up and ease into the flavours of the day.

Morning Tour: Welcome to the world of tacos de canasta ā€” the most humble and honest tacos in Mexico. Steamed since early morning inside a basket, filled with papa, chicharron prensado, or frijol. Simple, soft, and deeply Mexican. This is what locals eat before the city wakes up. Evening Tour: A classic from the Yucatan Peninsula: the salbute ā€” a puffed corn tortilla topped with cochinita pibil, slow-roasted pork marinated in achiote and citrus.
