There, we will choose together the fresh vegetables and herbs we will use to prepare our dish: a Sicilian-style vegetable tabbouleh, a Mediterranean version brimming with colour, flavour, and tradition.

Next, we will head to my home, where you can experience the behind-the-scenes of local Sicilian cuisine, accompanied by a beautiful view of the Necropolis of Syracuse.
We will prepare the dish step by step while sharing stories, interesting facts, and secrets of Sicilian cuisine.
