There are two types of sushi-making experiences available, ‘Nigiri-zushi’ or ‘Temaki-zushi’.
Both of which features fresh ingredients sourced primarily from the locals.
You’ll have the opportunity to watch a demonstration up close by a skilled sushi chef who has shared his expertise with countless customers through the art of sushi.
Through the programme, you’ll get to experience the master’s techniques firsthand-from the temperature of the rice to the movements of the fingertips and the precise application of pressure-and compare the sushi you’ve made yourself with that prepared by the master.
This is a programme designed to help you learn about and experience the culinary culture of Ise-Shima region, while showcasing the appeal of traditional craftmanship.
