What you can expect

  • This trip offers a complete nature adventure in East Java.
    Begin your adventure with pickup from Surabaya or Malang. The pickup time depends on your arrival. Head to your hotel in the Pronojiwo area, stopping at Colourful Village along the way. Once you arrive, check in and rest for the next day’s activities. The next morning, explore the Tumpak Sewu waterfall with a local guide. Descend the cliff to admire the waterfall from below. If you wish, extend your adventure to Goa Tetes.
    After enjoying the waterfall, return to your hotel for breakfast and check out. Travel to Bromo area. Once you arrive, rest up at hotel for the next day’s activities.

    Rise early and set off in a Jeep to a viewpoint for a stunning sunrise over the Bromo caldera. Afterwards, hike across the sea of sand to the Bromo crater. Return to your hotel for breakfast and check out.

    Continue to the Ijen area and rest at the hotel to prepare for the hike. Rise early and drive to the Paltudin Ijen area. Meet your local guide for a short briefing and collect hiking equipment such as a gas mask and headlamp. Start hiking when the gate opens after 2:00 AM, and enjoy the blue fire phenomenon and sunrise from the summit.
    After Ijen, the tour ends with drop-off at Ketapang Harbour.

    If you arrive from Bali, the tour can start at Ketapang Harbour and finish in Surabaya or Malang, following the route in reverse.
