Activity itinerary

We will meet in your paragliding centre in Puerto de la Cruz, we will give you a bag with all necesary equipment (helmet, jacket, long trousers, gloves, camera) and we will drive 1 hour in a van. We will make a stop in Teide National park to enjoy the viewpoint of magical sunset. We will fly from 2200 metres high during the sunset time. You need to be in a good physical condition, be able to run in the takeoff and not exceed 95 kg. You will land in the beach in Puerto de la Cruz (Playa Martianez or Playa Jardin). The flight will last 25-35 minutes, depending on weather conditions.
