Get to know one of the most charming areas of Stuttgart. Around Lake Max-Eyth, there are 4 castle ruins that take you back to times long past. Enjoy magnificent views of the Neckar and hike with the Münstermer monk or nun along vineyards that are among the best and steepest locations on the Neckar. To start, there's a cup of mulled wine or non-alcoholic punch, and along the way, the monk or nun will occasionally serve one of their monastery fires on the 8 km long circular walk, peppered with anecdotes from times long past. A Swabian lard pastry, the so-called Nonnenfürzle, is served as a refreshment. With a lantern, you'll be guided to an inn at dusk, where you can still stop for a cosy, individual meal.
