Pull the left hand door towards you, as the 'entry' button is not working. Come up the stairs ahead of you to the first floor landing, or take the lift which is to the right of the stairs. Your Story Room guide will meet you there.

Tours are available on the hour, every hour, from Monday to Friday, starting at 10:00 AM, with the last session beginning at 2:00 PM. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
