when you exit the Staten island ferry terminal you will be greeted by Staten island's premiere waterfront shopping centre, the Empire Outlets. we are located right passed star bucks on the waterfront behind the baseball stadium, look for the big red information signs, flags and bike rentals.

The interior of our Educational Resource Centre in Building 11 and many of our initial exhibits were designed by the award-winning integrated design firm, Lee H. Skolnick Architecture

Staten Island Borough Hall is a grand, three-story brick building in the French Renaissance style, located at 10 Richmond Terrace. It serves as a central civic building, housing the Borough President's Office, Departments of Buildings and Transport, and other civic offices.
