Day 1: Colombo-Anuradhapura-Sigiriya
You will be welcomed by our English-speaking driver at your hotel or the airport in Colombo, and then you will drive to Sigiriya. On the way, visit Anuradhapura, an ancient city.

Day 2: Sigiriya
Rise and shine early for a trip to Sigiriya, often called the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” This ancient rock fortress is a UNESCO World Heritage site and a testament to Sri Lanka's rich history. Later in the day, go on the Minneriya National Park safari.

Evening Minneriya, Kaudulla, or Hurulu Eco National Park 4x4 safari according to the elephant’s availability.

Day 3: Sigiriya-Polonnaruwa
After breakfast, drive to the ancient city of Polonnaruwa and explore the 10th ancient historical city; later, take a village tour in Habarana.

Day 4: Sigiriya-Dambulla-Kandy
After breakfast, drive to the Dambulla Golden Temple and Herbal Garden, and later visit Nalanda Gedige and a Hindu temple. See the Kandyan cultural performance in the afternoon after touring the royal botanical garden and the temple of the tooth relics.

Day 5: Kandy
After breakfast, You will take a guided trek within the Udawattakele sanctuary; this activity lasts about 2 hours. In the afternoon, visit the Royal Botanical Garden, the Gem Museum, Kandy Lake, and city centre Kandy.

Day 6: Kandy-Nuwara Eliya
After breakfast, drive to Nuwara Eliya and visit Ramboda Falls, a tea plantation, and a tea factory. Thereafter, take a Nuwara Eliya city tour.

Day 7: Nuwara Eliya-Ella
After breakfast, visit Gregory Lake and Victoria Park Gardens for an hour.
Later, take the train ride to Ella on the gorgeous panoramic view train. Please be aware that there is only a 50% chance of securing train tickets during the peak season due to high demand. (We appreciate your understanding and flexibility with these constraints.)

Day 8: Ella-Yala
After breakfast, drive to Tissamaharama. On the way, visit Rawana waterfall and Buduruwagala Rock Temple.
In the evening, you have the option to choose between an exciting safari experience at either Yala National Park or Udawalawe National Park.
Stay the night in Tissamaharama
Day 9: Yala – South-west coast
After breakfast, drive to a hotel on the south coast. The Beach Resort provides evening leisure.
Overnight stay on the south-west coast
Day 10: South Coast – Galle – Bentota – Colombo
After breakfast, leave for Colombo Airport; en route, visit Galle Fort, Bentota Beach and Colombo on a city tour.
