There’s no better way to immerse yourself in Seville’s rich culinary culture than with a hands-on cooking class and a visit to a local food market. Meet your friendly guide at the vibrant Triana Market, where you’ll find colourful produce, succulent meats, fresh cheeses, and other regional delicacies. Work alongside our expert chef and learn to blend local ingredients and spices to create the unique flavours that define Spanish cuisine. All ingredients and materials are provided. During the class, enjoy our homemade sangria. At the end, savour the dishes you’ve prepared, paired with up to two drinks (soft drinks, Spanish wine, or local beer). We can accommodate all dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten-free, no seafood, no pork, etc.)—just let us know in advance if you need any changes to the menu. Once back home, you’ll be able to recreate the experience. We’ll provide written recipes and plenty of tips! Please note we have four kitchens in the Triana area: two inside Triana Food Market, one on Calle Castilla, and one at Plaza de Chapina.
