Welcome to Casa Fiorita Cook & Wine, an authentic experience in the splendid setting of a traditional Sorrento villa.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine and a brief introduction to the staff, who will guide you through this culinary adventure. A one-hour cooking class will follow, during which you will learn how to make fresh pasta and tiramisu in accordance with local traditions.
After the class, you will sit in a traditional Sorrento garden, in the shade of lemon and olive trees, to enjoy the dishes you have prepared, along with other delicacies such as bruschetta with seasonal vegetables and cheese on a lemon leaf. Each course will be paired with a wine selected by our sommelier to enhance the flavours of the region.
The experience lasts approximately 3 hours and includes pick-up and drop-off from a meeting point in Sorrento. A perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the local cuisine and culture!
