Next, we'll venture down a hidden back alley near Siem Reap river called Phum Num Banh Chok, a local restaurant serving Cambodia Noodle with traditional soup or chicken curry soup. Paired with a refreshing iced tea or fresh sugar cane juice.
Head down to the bustling local night market at Road 60, where you can find a plethora of street vendors selling an array of local food. You will find some exciting bugs on display that are edible, such as grasshoppers, crickets, coconut worms, and even tarantulas—of course, you are more than welcome to try them if you dare!
