If you’re looking for the ultimate island escape, Siargao’s “Big Five” inland gems are exactly why this island tops every traveler’s bucket list. Your journey kicks off at the Coconut Mountain View, an epic roadside overlook where a literal sea of two million palms stretches to the horizon—the ultimate “I’ve arrived” moment. From there, cruise down the Maasin Coconut Road, a cinematic, palm-lined highway perfect for that iconic tropical road trip reel, leading you straight to the mystical Maasin River. Here, you can channel your inner explorer, swinging from the legendary bent palm tree into cool, emerald waters.

The adventure hits a high note at the Magpupungko Rock Pools, where the receding tide unveils neon-blue infinity pools carved into the rugged coastline—ideal for cliff jumping and snorkelling in crystal-clear pockets of the Pacific. Finally, a scenic boat ride through ancient mangroves reveals the crown jewel: Sugba Lagoon. Tucked between jagged limestone cliffs, this hidden turquoise sanctuary is a dream for paddleboarding and taking that heart-racing leap from the famous wooden diving board into glass-like waters. This isn’t just a tour; it’s the raw, unfiltered magic that makes travellers arrive for a week and stay for a lifetime.
