Customer Cancellation

• Customers can cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.
• Customers will always receive a full refund when cancellation is due to force majeure.
• If we need to make changes to the itinerary, customers can choose to accept the changes, reschedule for another date, or receive a full refund.

Changes or Cancellations by the Supplier

• If we cancel the activity for any reason, customers will receive a full refund.
• If customers do not accept proposed changes to the itinerary, they will be offered a full refund.
• If bad weather affects the activity, rescheduling may be offered as an option, but customers will also have the option to receive a full refund.

Included Stops and Unforeseen Circumstances
If any included or core stops cannot be visited due to weather, traffic, temporary closures, operating hours, or unexpected delays, customers are guaranteed a full refund for the affected booking when the itinerary can no longer be provided as advertised. Rescheduling may also be offered as an alternative, but it will not replace the customer’s right to a full refund.
