Your adventure begins with an early morning hotel pickup from Cebu City, Moalboal, or Oslob. Pickup time typically starts between 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM depending on your location. Please note that departure time may be adjusted depending on the situation in Oslob. During peak season, holidays, or rough sea conditions, earlier arrival is recommended to secure a better queue number for the whale shark interaction.

As this is a shared group tour, multiple participants are picked up along the way. Arrival time in Oslob may vary depending on traffic conditions and pickup coordination. In some cases, longer waiting times may occur if queue numbers are assigned later upon arrival. Queue management in Oslob is handled by the local tourism office and is beyond the operator’s control. We appreciate your patience and understanding, especially during busy periods.

Once your turn is called, you will attend a short safety and interaction briefing before boarding a traditional paddle boat. You will then enjoy approximately 20–30 minutes of swimming or viewing the whale sharks, offering a rare opportunity to see these gentle giants up close in their natural habitat.

After completing the whale shark experience, the journey continues to Badian for your Kawasan Falls canyoneering adventure. Prepare for an exciting 3–4 hour guided experience that includes river trekking through scenic jungle terrain, optional cliff jumping, natural rock slides, and swimming through crystal-clear turquoise waters. All necessary safety equipment such as a helmet and life jacket will be provided, and you will be accompanied by professional accredited local guides. The adventure concludes at the breathtaking Kawasan Falls.

During peak season, waiting time may occur before the canyoneering activity begins due to limited availability of accredited guides. Guide allocation is managed by the local canyoneering association and is not directly controlled by the tour operator.

Before starting the canyoneering trek, guests may also choose to experience the optional zipline ride overlooking the canyon. There are two booking options available: with zipline included or without zipline included. If zipline is not included in your selected package and you decide to try it on-site, payment will be made directly to the zipline operator, as it is managed by a separate company. To avoid confusion, we recommend confirming your preferred option at the time of booking.
