Immerse yourself in the dynamic world of Wing Chun in a lush Shanghai park. The class begins with a warm-up to get your blood flowing and prepare your muscles for the intense training ahead. Our skilled instructor will perform a demonstration of Wing Chun techniques, highlighting its practical and efficient combat moves.
The instructor will then explain the techniques in detail, focusing on quick responses, low stances, and compact strikes. You will practice these moves, receiving individual corrections to perfect your form. This hands-on training ensures that you understand and can effectively execute each technique.
Power training exercises will follow, aimed at increasing your striking power and speed. The instructor will then showcase defensive and offensive applications, demonstrating how Wing Chun can be used in real-life situations. You’ll practice these applications, gaining confidence in your ability to defend yourself.
To enhance your training, we will include Zhan Zhuang (standing meditation) and Qigong exercises to build internal strength and improve energy flow. The session concludes with a thorough stretching routine to help your muscles recover and to leave you feeling relaxed and invigorated.
