The Shanghai Pass One-Day Pass is a cultural, tourism, and transport card issued by Shanghai Urban Tourism Card Development Co., Ltd. This card can be used on public transport in more than 300 cities across China. You must top up the card in advance before using public transport (subway, bus, etc.).

Redemption Instructions: After purchasing this product, you will receive a redemption QR code. You must first go to one of the following locations and present the QR code to redeem your Shanghai Pass One-Day Pass:
Pudong Airport Terminal 2 Service Point: International Arrivals Exit, Terminal 2, Pudong Airport (24 hours)
Hongqiao Airport Terminal 1 Service Point: Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan Arrivals and International Arrivals Exits, Terminal 1, Hongqiao Airport (9:00 AM – until the last flight of the day)

If your card balance is insufficient, you can top up at Shanghai Public Transport Card service centers, subway self-service kiosks (cash + UnionPay debit cards), Haode Convenience Stores (cash only), or KeDi Convenience Stores (cash only); you can also download the “Shanghai Transport Card” mobile app to top up

【Hanghai River Highlights Cruise】
Operating Hours:
10:30–20:30 (Pier 1)
17:00–20:30 (Pier 2)
Instructions: No reservation required. Present your card at the pier to exchange it for a ticket and board the boat. Boat type is assigned at random; the cruise lasts approximately 45 minutes.
Ticket Exchange Locations: Shiliupu Pier 1 (481 Zhongshan East 2nd Road), Shiliupu Pier 2 (551 Zhongshan East 2nd Road)
【Yuyuan Garden】
Opening Hours:
9:00–16:30 “Last admission at 16:00; park clears at 16:30. Closed every Monday, except on national holidays.”
Instructions: No reservation required. Present your card at the scenic area to validate it and exchange for a ticket to enter.
Ticket redemption locations: 168 Fuyou Road (North Gate); 279 Yuyuan Old Street (South Gate)
【Shanghai Sightseeing Bus】
Operating Hours:
Line 1: 10:00–18:00
Line 2: 10:00–20:00
Frequency: Every 15–20 minutes
Instructions: No ticket exchange required; simply tap your card to board at any bus stop along the route. Once you’ve tapped your card to board within the product’s validity period, you may ride again within 24 hours. Please look for the “Shanghai Sightseeing” buses with yellow signage.
