Overview

  • We hope that orders can be placed at least 24 hours ahead of the cut-off time, so that we can have more time to prepare and ensure a pleasant experience for you. At around 9 am, we will pick you up and head to Yuyuan Old Street, where you can buy snacks and souvenirs. Next, we will visit Yu Garden, where you can experience the beauty of classical Chinese gardens. For lunch, we will order lunch for you. However, if you want to order your own, you should cover the cost yourself. After lunch, we will drive to Shanghai Tower. Step onto the viewing platform for a panoramic view of the city, feeling the thrill of walking among the clouds. Finally, we will head to the Bund. Here you can admire historical architecture and take a cruise to admire the skyline. Finally, we will send you back to the hotel. As the above itinerary is for reference only, we can also assist you to customise the itinerary. However, time will be adjusted and we need to settle the price when confirming the itinerary.

Yuyuan Old Street

To ensure a pleasant experience, we have arranged a recommended itinerary for you. In the morning, your tour guide will pick you up at your location and drive to Yuyuan Old Street. Strolling through Old Street, you can buy some local specialities and immerse yourself in an atmosphere different from the fast-paced city. Besides, you can visit the famous City God Temple, where you can participate in a traditional offering ceremony. During the ceremony, you can pay homage to the gods, praying for peace, health and prosperity.

Yu Garden (Yuyuan)

Next, we will visit Yu Garden, the foremost of Shanghai's five classical gardens. It features winding paths, elegant rockeries and koi swimming in ponds. Jade stones and dragon-shaped walls add to its tranquil and peaceful atmosphere, allowing you to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. It is optional for you to visit Huxin Pavilion, where you can enjoy tea and pastries, but you should cover the cost yourself. However, since Yu Garden is closed every Monday, please message us in advance if your tour falls on that day and we will adjust the itinerary for you.

Shanghai

At noon, we will take you to a nearby restaurant for lunch (Chinese food like wontons and noodles). Lunch is generally ordered by us. However, if you want to order your own meal, we can arrange that as well, but the cost will be at your own expense.

Shanghai Tower

After lunch, we will drive to Shanghai Tower, China's tallest skyscraper. Riding the lift to the highest floor, you will feel like you're heading straight into the clouds, with the magnificent skyline of Shanghai spreading beneath your feet. From the 118th-floor Top of Shanghai Observatory, you can gaze through the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows at the winding Huangpu River below. You'll get a sweeping view of both the Bund's historical architecture and the modern skyscrapers of Lujiazui, immersing yourself in the extraordinary thrill of walking among the clouds.

The Bund (Wai Tan)

Finally, we will head to the Bund. Known as the "Exposition of International Architecture", the Bund is lined with modern Western-style buildings of various designs. Strolling along the riverside promenade, behind you lies the weighty legacy of a century of financial history, while stretches ahead of Pudong's skyscrapers. Here, you can go on a river cruise capturing iconic views of the Huangpu River. If you don't want to follow this itinerary, you can also request to explore other attractions, such as Tianzifang, Former French Concession, Oriental Pearl TV Tower, etc. At the end of the tour, we will drive you to the same location where you are picked up.
