Embark on an unforgettable journey through Liguria’s finest flavours. Let a sommelier guide you through an exclusive selection of five Vinaccieri Ballerini Reserve wines, paired with a curated selection of local delicacies.
Your adventure begins with NAVIGATO, a crisp Vermentino from the Portofino DOC that captures the essence of Sestri Levante—elegantly dry, rich in character, and deeply rooted in tradition.
Next, let TRAM surprise you—an innovative blend of Vermentino and Traminer Aromatico, crafted by Vinaccieri and Luca De Paoli. A bold fusion of body and aroma that defies expectations.
Then, indulge in TERRANOVA, an unconventional red wine enriched with passito Granaccia, adding depth and elegance. A blend of Merlot, Syrah, and Sangiovese, this full-bodied wine echoes the richness of a Ligurian Amarone.
Discover KAVA, a Pinot Noir Sparkling Brut refined using the classic method. Aged 36 months on the lees, then matured 12 more months in the ancient copper mines of Masso, this is a wine shaped by time and nature, with delicate notes of vanilla and bread crust.
To end on a sweet note, ALEA pays tribute to Sicily’s finest fortified Malvasia, inspired by the legendary Sciacchetrà of Cinque Terre and Aleatico of Elba.

ABOUT US: THE VINACCIERI
The life of a Vinacciere was no easy one. Rooted in the sea, trade, legends, and a touch of good luck, it was a profession as ancient as the Mediterranean itself.
These wine traders travelled far and wide, carrying their precious cargo aboard the Leudo—a classic wooden sailing boat connecting Cinque Terre, Elba, Corsica, Sardinia, and Sicily.
Inspired by these stories, Andrea and Daniele Ballarini revived this maritime tradition, becoming the last Vinaccieri. With the only Leudo still in business, the “New Help of God,” they are writing a new chapter—where innovation meets tradition and wine becomes a legacy.
Their wines, some matured in Europe’s oldest copper mine in Masso, near Sestri Levante, embody the essence of tradition, time, and passion.
Join us in the heart of Sestri Levante, easily accessible from Genoa, Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, Rapallo, Chiavari, Lavagna, Cinque Terre, and beyond.
