Discover Seoul on a relaxed 5K running tour designed for travellers who want to stay active without worrying about speed. We run at an easy pace of around 6:30–7:00 min/km, with short stops for sightseeing, photos, and catching your breath, so beginner runners can enjoy the experience comfortably.
The entire experience lasts approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. The first 30 minutes are used for preparation, including running shoe fitting and rental if needed, locker use, and a light warm-up and stretching session. After getting ready, enjoy approximately 1 hour of running and sightseeing through Seoul Forest and along the Han River.
Start in Seoul Forest and run through its peaceful green paths before passing the deer enclosure. From there, continue towards the Han River and experience one of Seoul’s most popular local running routes.
Along the riverside, stop at a scenic viewpoint where you can see both N Seoul Tower and Lotte World Tower, two of Seoul’s most recognisable landmarks. We’ll take approximately 10 minutes to rest, take photos, and enjoy one of the most quintessential Seoul skyline views, with the Han River and the city stretching out around you.
After the break, continue running along the Han River before heading back towards Seoul Forest, where the tour finishes.
This is not a race or a hard training session. The total running distance is approximately 5 km, and the focus is on enjoying Seoul, running together, and experiencing the city from a local runner’s perspective.
All guests can enjoy the running gear package, including locker use, one sports drink, one cooling towel, and one energy gel. Running shoe rental is also available in sizes 220–300 mm if needed, subject to availability. There is no extra charge for the package. A passport or valid photo ID is required to use the rental service.
