At the end of the practice, a healthy and nutritious km 0 breakfast awaits you, prepared by the chef with local and seasonal ingredients, designed to support the body after physical activity and accompany us through the rest of the morning.
Guided by the chef, you will engage in the ancient art of kneading dough: hands in the flour, live yeast, slow gestures and rituals. Bread-making thus becomes a meditative gesture, an exercise in patience and care, in which each step brings us back to the essence of nourishment, understood not only as food but as attention to self.
During the leavening, you can take a relaxing walk to a nearby site of historical interest to continue your journey into the beauty and culture of the area.
On your return, you will shape your bread, ready to bake what your hands and time have created together.
