Ford's Theatre

The stage where history was forever changed. On April 14, 1865, John Wilkes Booth shot President Lincoln here, altering the course of American Reconstruction. Visit the theatre and step across the street to Petersen House, where Lincoln took his last breath. Free tours of the theatre are available with advance booking.

Tidal Basin

Driving around the Tidal Basin gives fantastic views of the DC skyline, then leads past the Thomas Jefferson Memorial and the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial. Framed by the famous Cherry Trees, we’ll stroll through the marble monuments honouring these great American leaders.

White House
