Begin your experience with a brief introduction to Serious Bee Distillers and BeeSerious. Then, take a short tour of the distillery.

Serious Bee Distillers is an artisanal microdistillery in Schiedam. The company produces all its drinks entirely in-house, from fermentation to bottling, and is best known for its globally unique honey distillates under the Clutius & Clusius brand.

What truly sets them apart is the combination of craftsmanship and social impact. A portion of the proceeds is used to protect and strengthen bee colonies through the BeeSerious projects. Their motto is, therefore, “Spirit for life.”

Next, learn about the background and history of gin, including the Schiedam connection. Discover the different types of gin and which tonic and botanicals to choose for the “perfect serve.”

Enjoy a delicious glass of gin and tonic, made with award-winning gins. Then, develop your own gin, just like the distiller does. Produce half a litre of your own gin, bottle it, label it, and take it home with you.
