What you can expect

Here is your detailed itinerary for a full-day trekking adventure through Sapa’s stunning Muong Hoa Valley and ethnic villages:

8:30 am: Car choices up from hotel to starting point then trekking to visit Y Linh Ho.
If weather is nice, you can enjoy wonderful views across the valley with mountains and rice terraces as far as the eyes can see. An interesting road with long terraces, traditional pristine houses interspersed with some houses made from bamboo trees taken from the mountains with an altitude of more than 1500 m.

10:30 am: Moving from Y Linh Ho to Lao Chai village
Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai are two of the oldest villages of the Mong people in Sa Pa. Y Linh Ho is located in the beginning part of Muong Hoa valley and Lao Chai is located in the centre, with majestic and unique terraced fields. The Mong people here mainly make a living by growing rice and crops such as corn, vegetables, indigo,… and selling handicraft products to tourists.

12:00 pm: Lunch with local food in village
13:30 pm: Trekking to Ta Van village of the Giay
Ta Van is located in the centre of Muong Hoa valley, 8 km from SaPa town centre. For a long time, Ta Van has been famous for its magnificent landscape of terraced fields interspersed by the beautiful Muong Hoa stream. Not only that, Ta Van is also home to the Giay ethnic people with their unique culinary culture and crafts.
Coming to Ta Van, you can experience making herbal incense and designing your own unique scarves in the traditional house of the Giay people or experience the beeswax art of the Hmong people (Batik). You will also have a chance to visit and learn about Sa Pa's one-of-a-kind cultural heritages such as Ancient Stone Beach and Cau May.
4:00 pm: Moving back to the hotel by car or motorbike and ending the trip.
