One of the best parts of travelling in Santorini, is experiencing the food culture of this magnificent island. But what about learning how to cook at home several cycladic-cuisine dishes and surprise your friends and family? This know-how gained during our Ftelos cooking workshop will be the best souvenir you will bring home from this trip!
Cook together with a professional chef a 4-course meal and learn with hand-on experience. The class is held at special spots depending on the weather conditions: a special indoor area overlooking the beer production unit or outdoors on a lovely wooden patio under the shade of 150-year-old vineyards in a bioclimatic garden. When the food is ready you will indulge yourselves in the full meal you cooked, seated in an industrial-style soom inside the state-of-the-art Ftelos brewery. In addition you may explore the brewery on you own if you wish, and even buy craft beer to take with you after.
