The activity begins and ends at the harbour of Santa Teresa Gallura, at Via del Porto 69, where your certified instructor will welcome you. Before entering the water, a full briefing takes place on land: we explain how the gear works, how to breathe with the regulator, and what to expect underwater. No rush, no assumption of previous experience.
We then set off by boat towards the seabed of the Capo Testa–Punta Falcone Marine Protected Area, one of the most pristine stretches of coastline in the Mediterranean. You descend accompanied at all times, at your own pace, with your instructor always by your side.
The entire experience lasts about 2 hours, including the briefing, gearing up, the dive, and the return to the harbour. All that remains for you is the memory: the silence of the seabed, the light filtering from above, the strange lightness of breathing underwater for the first time.
