You'll enjoy kayaking on the waters of the Guadiaro River to its mouth in the Mediterranean, passing through its Natural Area, with bird sightings, views of the typical Citrus Plantations of the area, the La Vega area and its microclimate, and the Sotogrande Polo Ground.
Meeting at the Romería de San Enrique de Guadiaro grounds at approximately 10:00 AM
There's a briefing, and paddles and life jackets are handed out
Next, there is a short course on how to handle the paddle, the safety rules are given, and there is a warm-up
Then you enter the river, where instructors are waiting for you on land and in the water. The one on land helps you get into the kayak, and the one in the water welcomes you on the river. The route begins, and you will be accompanied by
instructors at the head, in the centre, and at the end of the line of kayaks
We reach the mouth of the river, where we take a short break and return to the starting point.
Total duration of the activity is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes, with approximately 2 hours in the water
