Next, we’ll head to **Casa Tiobamba in Maras**, where you’ll cook over a traditional wood-fired stove with spectacular views of the Chicón glacier and the surrounding mountains. Choose one or two classic Peruvian dishes to prepare: * Ceviche * Ají de Gallina * Lomo Saltado * Causa Limeña Before the main meal, you'll also taste delicious **Amazonian-style criollo tamales** as an starter. After cooking together and learning about local traditions, you'll enjoy your meal surrounded by the beauty of the Sacred Valley.
