What you can expect

    Begin with a group activity making tiramisu, an Italian speciality with an unmistakable taste. Learn how important fresh ingredients are in creating excellent flavours. Some participants will get to give the chef a hand with making the cream, while others will watch and learn so they can make their own.

    Next, make your own pizza. Listen as the chef guides you in creating your dough from scratch with flour and water. Learn the right consistency of pizza dough and about the various types of flour.
