We’ll start things off with a glass of Prosecco, before getting our hands in the dough. Under the guidance of our expert host, you’ll master the art of pasta-making, kneading and shaping not just like a true Italian, but as our own grandmother taught us. We’ll enjoy crunchy bruschette in between, making sure it’s not just learning but also having fun and experiencing the Italian lifestyle and atmosphere. Once your fettuccine and gnocchi are ready, we’ll cook them up with traditional Roman sauces of your choice, and of course, finish with a delightful homemade tiramisù.
