What's included, what's not

  • Inclusions
    The workshop lasts about 2.5 hours, and you'll learn to distil on your own still, leaving with a bottle of gin you've made. You'll also get a talk on the history of alcohol, distillation, and gin. To wrap up the workshop, you'll also get to enjoy a gin-based cocktail.

What you can expect

  • Join a distillation workshop at our distillery in Roiffé (near the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud) and uncover the secrets of gin making.
    This 2.5 to 3-hour experience invites you to create your own gin.
    With our expert distillers guiding you, you'll learn how to make gin on your own mini copper still. You'll finish your creation by customising your own label, and you'll leave with your 70cl bottle of gin (2x35cl if there are two of you on one distillation station).
    You'll learn the secrets of distillation, the choice of botanicals, the different styles of gin, and of course, you'll enjoy an excellent homemade cocktail featuring Wezenn gin.

    You can also grab a bite to eat on site or even stay at the Domaine de Roiffé.
