What you can expect

Begin your day with intention during Rise & Shine SUP Yoga, a refreshing morning yoga experience on a stand‑up paddleboard in the peaceful coastal waters of Rye, New Hampshire. This unique class blends gentle yoga flow with the natural rhythm of the water, offering a grounding and energising way to start your morning surrounded by fresh air and scenic views.

Led by certified instructors, this beginner‑friendly experience takes place in calm conditions ideal for building balance, core strength, and mindfulness. No prior paddleboarding or yoga experience is required—just a willingness to try something new and connect with nature.

Activity itinerary

Arrive early to check in and receive a brief on‑land and on‑water orientation covering paddleboarding basics, balance, and safety. You’ll then paddle at a relaxed pace to a quiet area where boards are anchored securely. Once settled, flow through a gentle, morning‑focused yoga sequence designed specifically for the paddleboard. The subtle movement of the water enhances concentration, engages stabilising muscles, and encourages mindful breathing. The session concludes with a peaceful floating savasana, followed by an easy paddle back to shore—leaving you feeling calm, centred, and energised for the day ahead.
